Day of rest
Working out everyday can sure make people tired. I know that if I worked out everyday for a week straight, I get extremely tired. My opinion is this, everyone should take a day of rest. You don’t have to work out 7 days a week to get in shape. I know some people do that, and thats ok. But I encourage you all to take a day and not do any exercise. In fact this is biblical, and a great way to stay balanced and sane on the way to weight loss. 🙂

Know that your determination and (iron) will is not a common thing. Its amazing how much power does one have to do things you have done!
I too was obese in the past and lost my excess weight with a low calorie diet.. I had a surgery to fix aestatic issue with my body (caused by obesity) and there may be more…
