Justin speaks at Open Arms
Not only do I help people lose weight by sharing my weight loss journey, but I’m also the Assistant Pastor at Open Arms Community Church.
Here’s a speech that I gave as a part of our Wonder Women Series. Enjoy!

Hi Justin,
As I was looking at Yahoo, I happened to see your story. Okay I must look at 100’s of stories a week of people who have been successful losing a lot of weight. I pressed the forward button over and over and then I saw your before picture, well just like all the others, of course I had to see the after. I have NO idea what drew me in to your story, well actually I do it was something about your face. Maybe I sensed the power of the Holy Spirit just by looking at you. I logged onto and liked you on my facebook page, which is by the way a made up name of Elise Enuf, enough said, lol
I am going to listen to your inspirational stories and your ministry. For some reason, its you that touched my spirit and my heart. I so badly need spiritual inspiration. I cannot do this myself. I have tried and have been successful in the past losing 60-70 pounds, but I keep going back up. I have multiple issues now, fibromyalgia which keeps me from most exercise and therefore I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I am existing not living. I am a Christian, I have been saved and I know Jesus can do this. I have seen him fix impossible. I would appreciate your heartfelt prayers. I have never asked anyone in my life to pray for me, but I am humbly asking you to help me in my quest too much for me to overcome alone.
Unfortunately, I am embarassed to say this but I am 5’3 and have gone to 300 pounds. I am so sad inside but tell no one. I am content spiritually. I have to confront the core issue which holds me back then I can move forward. Thank you for letting me vent and for listening.
May God bless you and keep you always,
Donna
